Starting January 1, 2024, a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 9% will be collected on the import of every non-digital service and low-value goods (S$400 and below) by air and post. The 9% GST is included in the product price at iHerb and will be paid directly to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS). No additional tax will be added at checkout. Restrictions
At iHerb, we respect the rules and regulations of the Singapore government and do our best to block Customs prohibited products from our site. However, please be aware, the following substances cannot be imported into Singapore: DHEA; pet food & supplements; products containing poppy seeds, hemp, or yohimbine.
Shipping
The Estimated Delivery window provided by iHerb reflects most standard deliveries. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of iHerb’s control.
You may have to pay import taxes, customs duties, or a brokerage (handling) fee for your order. These charges are separate from your shipping fee, and you will be billed directly from the carrier of your choice.
