Shipping Policy

Food/Vitamins/Herbal Supplements/Non-Prescription Medicines: Max of a three-month supply for personal consumption.

Non-Food/Non-Supplements/Cosmetics: Max 20 pieces per order.

General Information

Due to the fluctuations of the exchange rate, orders with value very close to the tax-free limit may be assessed Duties and Taxes (D&T) as the currency exchange rate may vary from the order date to the customs clearance date.

Please check with your local customs office to see if you can import the items, and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

Shipments arriving in Saudi Arabia are imposed with 15% VAT (Value Added Tax) due to the government's regulation. As of March 18, 2021, the 15% VAT will be added to the product price and will not be collected separately at checkout. A customs service fee will be collected at checkout for orders arriving in the Kingdom after October 6, 2024, as mandated by ZATCA according to Resolution No. (03-03-34) dated 18/10/1445 AH.

Shipping

All iHerb orders are shipped out from our US warehouses to your country by air freight, or from a Special Integrated Logistics Zone (SILZ) in Riyadh, where customs clearance is always required.

The Estimated Delivery window provided by iHerb reflects most standard deliveries. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of iHerb’s control.

DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) service is now available for shipments to Saudi Arabia. All duties, taxes, and import fees are pre-collected at the time of checkout to expedite Customs Clearance; no further payments are required at the time of delivery.

Restrictions

At iHerb, we respect the rules and regulations of Saudi government and do our best to block Customs prohibited products from our site. However, please be aware, the following substances are not allowed to be imported into Saudi Arabia: Nutmeg, poppy seeds, or any products containing alcohol, products containing pork.
