This is my first time trying combination of Vitamin D3 5000iu + K2 50mg from Solaray after watching video of a famous orthopedy doctor in Indonesia that D3 (about 5000iu and up) must be taken together with K2 to be absorbed better by the body. All the while I took only D3 5000iu regularly because my Vit D level was so low (only 19), after achieving 50, i dropped the dose to 2000iu and not taking it regularly, hence dropped to 35. I also took Magnesium Glycinate from KAL (softgel type), doctor said these 3 combinations will make the vit D3 be absorbed maximally by our body. I’m so happy I found this combination and they work like miracle on my body! I feel fitter and my quality of sleep has improved a lot.
