If you want a solution get your kid under 4 to be calm, then have them drink this before lunch, it will help been using for over 1 year.
I bought this with the idea of putting it in my child's fruit puree or something, but the powder itself is quite sweet and strongly flavored, so he totally refused to eat it. I think this could work for older kids who would take it in water or diluted juice or maybe less picky kids. But I couldn't tell you if it worked as my kid did not like the taste at all.
