I did read other reviews that had been posted about this product, and I do agree that it is a much thinner consistency than "real" mayo. But I honestly don't mind it because for me, a little bit goes a long way. Its taste is subtle, definitely sweeter than real mayo, so if you are looking for that exact taste, this may be disappointing. But as its own product, I really do like mixing it with other ingredients like Greek yogurt.
obviously, don't expect this to taste like Duke's. or Hellmann's. it isn't mayonnaise. and don't judge it by tasting it alone, either. if you enjoy the vinegar-sweet uniqueness of Miracle Whip, you'll probably be ok with this. given the 0 calorie~ness of it, on bread with lunchmeat? this is amazing stuff. it is a little thinner so you won't be scooping up big globs of it on your knife... but as expensive as it is you won't want to, anyway. totally worth the price, though!
The quality is better compared to the peanut butter. Taste a bit sour, hope they will lessen the acidity. Ingredients are good if you are on a diet. I include it in my diet, used it in making chicken macaroni salad. Affordable healthy option for a healthy you! Size is enough for the price and composition
This mayo is sweetened with sucralose, a non-caloric sweetener, and is free of gluten, fat, and carbohydrates. It is suitable for those following a low-carb or keto diet, as well as those with diabetes or who are watching their calorie intake. The 12 oz (355 g) jar of Walden Farms Amazin' Mayo is perfect for adding flavor to sandwiches, salads, wraps, and other dishes that call for mayonnaise. It can also be used as a dip for vegetables or as a base for homemade salad dressings.
