So I’ve been taking these pretty consistently and I think they’re helping me. I don’t always tolerate probiotics because of the histamines but these were fine. This is my first time trying soil based probiotics and I’m not disappointed. Hopefully my gut will improve so that I can tolerate other conventional probiotics more. I don’t usually buy gummy vitamins but I think it’s okay when it’s a probiotic. I look forward to taking them because they taste pretty good and I feel like I’m having a treat, but these are sugar free!
