Ive been taking this brand/Liquid for several years. Never any issues. I find it helps with depression and winter blues/seasonal affective disorder. I think minrals in general are overlooked. Im Biplolar and over the years gradually incresed my minerals and vitamins and they do a world of good for me. Its like my body and brain have needed these all my life but I never got serious about taking these things until I got older and wiser. This stuff is one of the best you can take. AAA+
I haven’t tried selenium as a supplement before. It is really good. I will certainly recommend it. You can’t really taste it once it is in water so that is also a good thing. The quality is nice but I haven’t tasted any others but I like this one so I will stick to it.

I really like having a liquid form of selenium that is absorbed by my body quickly. It has a strong flavor but I don’t notice it as I usually will put it in a shot glass with a little grapefruit juice. I’m doing a few other things but I find that my food cravings are less. I also take it with copper to help improve my energy.

If you know you know! This helped with my energy soo much! I was putting half a serving in my water in the morning and later in the day as recommended. I also took a zinc supplement and I truly believe the two are what helped take my energy from a 1 to a 7 I feel normal for the first time in months. If you suffer from thyroid or hormonal issues it’s worth looking into. I recommend :)
