I got this for my acne after reading that it's good for acne prone skin. I've tried Accutane and it didn't really do much for me. The MG is good, in my opinion and so it the quality and the ingredients. It's an antioxidants so I understand how it's good for the skin. Doesn't have much of a taste.

I always take zinc, especially over the winter months to boost immunity. Good mgs in this brand and gluconate is a superior form of zinc as an ingredient. Zinc deficiency can cause lots of problems with hair, nails and immune system. Good quality product. Mg is good too. Zinc is a vital nutrient to keep in good supply.
