This vitamin is awesome! I have tried many supplements and this works best for me. It is also quite affordable and comes in packs of three. I try to take 1 pill every morning before my breakfast, and 2 pills every afternoon after lunch. The most important thing is the taste isn't bad at all but it still tastes like sugar so keep that in mind :)
