Excellent!Great product, gave exactly the shade of red I was looking for. It started out as a copper red for the first 2 days but the more time I spent in the sun, the darker it turned. It didn’t stain my skin, which was surprising, but it does smell a bit, so I’d recommend putting some tea tree in the mix. I used orange juice as the dye release, as Lemon juice has made my scalp itch. I heard milk can be a good dye release and doesn’t make your hair go dry. Will try for next time.
I am writing to share my experience with the henna product that I recently purchased. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend this product to anyone in search of high-quality henna. First and foremost, the product's packaging was well-designed and ensured that the product arrived in pristine condition. I appreciated that the product was clearly labeled and easy to use, with clear instructions that made the application process straightforward and hassle-free. When it comes to the product itself, I was blown away by its quality. The henna powder had a rich, dark color that made for a beautiful and vibrant stain. The consistency was perfect, and the powder mixed easily and applied smoothly to my skin. What's more, the product lasted for an impressively long time, and the resulting stain was profound and long-lasting.
This is a good quality henna at a great price with a very large amount to henna my hair for many years to come. It has a nice scent that is consistent with good quality henna. Just one single ingredient that I can trust with no added nasties. I love the way this covers my gray hairs and doesn't fade.
I am absolutely happy with the quality of this natural product. No bad artificial inclusions, just henna powder! It’s easy to apply and wash put without using shampoo, which helps to keep the color on right after the application. For the bright red tint I mix it with 1 lemon juice and hot rose hip tea (any red-colored herbal tea is good) and keep it for 2 hours on my wavy hair under the plastic wrap and a towel. Being a henna fan already for a decade I strongly recommend you to use the good moisturizing hair mask right after you wash out henna to prevent your hair from drying.
Been dealing with henna for years, and this product is of high quality, bright and fine powder. I recommend it mostly for brown hair if you like auburn, blond may be a risky case. Check some recipes to adjust the color and prevent dryness (I personally am used to adding some egg and black tea or coffee). Make sure you use gloves and don’t make the solution too liquid (unless you want a yellowish face or neck). Remember though that henna is a long story and you should be aware that it’s hard to overlay with other dyes, I see it as a committed yet rewarding relationship.

This is not the best quality henna to use for coloring hair. It is definitely NOT body art quality. Zenia and Jamila may not be organic but they are so much more effective that this one. The texture is was too course and I constantly had granules flaking off throughout the process. I could leave it on for ages and barely any color would be imparted. You will be much happier using a different henna if a rich color is what you’re looking for. If you just want a bit of strengthening, then you might be happy with this one.
