ok....this is a great product! I take every morning, even with coffee. it seems to have a slow release and you never get jitters, like it's too much. it is not like caffeine at all. just a great way to increase you metabolism . so awesome! they should toot their horn that this is a weight loss pill. but whatever, it works for me.

i love product. I take it along with others for especially depression. Started taking it during a bipolar depressive episode. This one gives me a good amount of physical energy I feel I need. However, I found it to be very strong for me. As someone who hates coffee and gets the jitters with monster energy. I was taking this everyday for a while and found myself restlessly awake until past 2 am. It was still better than before since I was falling asleep at 2 pm and constantly tired. Then, i changed to once every other day and it worked the same but I found I slept a lot better and was tired at normal hours and able to wake up with energy.
