My husband and I (both in our 70's) use this high quality product to provide us with valuable omega 3's which guards against inflammation as we age. Unlike some flax oils, this pure product does not have a fishy taste or smell, and we love it in our Liquid Gold salad dressing.
Taste actually good from the first try, even interesting (in contrast to the cod-liver oil that took some time to get used to). Seemed to be of excellent quality and perfect stability until I emptied the bottle, but I was careful to keep it, per instruction, in the refrigerator after opening and minimize exposure to air.
I've given this Flaxseed Oil 5 stars because of it's quality and benefits for me. I tent toward vegan so I don't consume fish, milk, eggs or meat, for that reason I looked for and found the Solgar Flaxseed oil was one of the few products that has a higher content of Omega 3, exactly what I was looking for to help fight inflammation. I will continue taking it.
It’s not bad but I won’t purchase it again. It has natural ingredients, however I disliked the scent/smell - I use it on my scalp for my hair regrowth, yet acne occurred on my scalp - The packaging quality is high and I didn’t use it for cooking or to tackle health related issues.
taste great! just the bottle packaging isn't the most convenient to use. need to clean after you use it, the neck part gets greasy easily. high content of omega 3,6 and 9.
The benefits from flaxseeds oil os amazing however the taste is horrible 🙈 of u like fish oil then u might like this one but I can handle the taste at all and I take a spoon of cream cheese before and after to jive the taste but still it is just way to strong
High quality flaxseed oil tastes good and the glass bottle is a real plus. I use it on my oatmeal and salad. Best way to get omega 3 when not eating a lot of fish.
Good Quality, the benefits of Flax seed are many. It helps with cholesterol, , inflammation and of course skin and hair. great source of Omegas. I've been using flax seed oil in my protein drink for years.
