I really loved it from the very first try, so I ordered another one in a different color. This one looks perfectly natural on my lips, is applied easily and does not dry my lips out due to its creamy texture. I'd say it's more matt with a slightly satin finish, definitely not glossy. Smells good. You need to sharpen it, however not a big problem for such a great product

I really love the color, it's a true "my lips but better" shade that looks natural but makes you look put together. it lasts very long on me. i love the pencil shape because it allows me to get a defined shape on my lips. however I took off one star because of two things m first, it's not glossy as the name suggests, it's a balm finish in the beginning and then turns matte. also, you have to sharpen it. they could've made it so you don't have to. this makes it so I can't just throw it in my purse forever, and have to sharpen once in a while.
