I hit the jackpot with this product. Love anchovies on my pizza and in Caesar salads but had to go on a low sodium diet and thought I would have to go without. Thakfullly I won’t have to. Good tasting, lowest sodium content I could find. Packaging tends to break so keep a can opener handy.

Perhaps this is what anchovies are supposed to taste like but I found them a bit too salty. On the expensive side but Patagonia Provisions has great ethics and mission.
