Haven’t taken it long enough to sense the benefits but weirdly I feel great already! It has a bit of a bitter taste but if you put it in something cold you can barely taste it. The packaging is good and I like taking this as a supplement to my diet.
I love these 9 essential amino acids because it is an excellent product to keep me from losing muscle mass in my old age. The bitterness is not too bad though if you take it with some juice or flavored yogurt. A very cost-effective way to get essential amino acids. I recommend this product.

It is excellent quality as other people reviewed. I used to be so weak and could not do weight training even though I wished so many times and so long. But I could not increase my meal due to lack of enzyme to digest. After much research, I understand EAA is excellent for such weak people and efficient to observe nutrition, then gain energy to do exercises.
I bought this after hearing a podcast about the importance of 9 essential amino acids that you can only get from supplements. The tastes it bitter but what I had expected. The package has a wide mouth so it is easy to use a spoon to get the correct amount of powder.

I love the composition of the 9 essential amino acids and that these are the ONLY ingredients. It is PURE AAs and nothing else. The size is good but the price is a bit high. I bought these because I really needed the histidine for myelin repair, and the amount of histidine in this product was very high compared to every other product I checked out. I didn't find a histidine supplement on its own so I opted for this one. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the bitter taste. I could only take half the amount recommended in juice, shake it VERY well, and take twice a day instead of once.
I put this in my protein shakes twice every day, the natural sweeteners in the shakes along with a little cream, cover the bitterness well, in fact the taste seems to be enhanced.
