These are gluten-free, and made with a tamari soy sauce that gives the almonds a nice smoky, umami-ish flavor. Unfortunately they're a bit expensive (as all nuts are), and it's easy to nosh on them like they were potato chips. I've bought these several times before, and will continue to buy them.
