This is a supplement that we all need especially those who need stronger bones. I know people who think there is no difference between boron and borax! THERE IS A DIFFERENCE! Borax is poison! BORON is a necessary substance for your bones. Please do not confuse them! Boron is consumed for menstrual cramps and used vaginally for yeast infections. but evidence is limited. Boron affect the way the body handles calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus. It also seems to increase estrogen levels post-menopause. I have osteoarthritis and osteoporosis and calcium alone is not enough.
have recommended boron to all I know for a long time. I am 53 still not really having any major issues with menopause symptoms and no real aches and pains for someone not as for as they should be. The delivery efficient, product easy to take and I believe NOW is a really good brand.
Mom liked this, said it made her legs felt lighter. We bought this for bone health and she has gout, injured kidney, oesteopenia. However do note it has detoxing effect on heavy metals, and her injured kidney is due to the heavy metals (lead) from accumulation of herbal supplements and the recent 3 doses of💉for "you know what" worsen it, so at first the boron detoxifying the toxin, there's significant increase in anxiety level on brain, thus she often found herself a sudden jolt and awake while taking nap or sleep, usually it's due to the stress or anxiety, however the detox effect was temporary because we don't take more than 2 a day, but plan to increase it into 3 after 1-2 months.

Purchased for my mother who suffers from widespread arthritic issues to see if it would be of any benefit. At best, it may have helped take the edge off the pain and symptoms after a few months of supplementation, which is a pretty good result to be fair. Top product!
