Smell great like strawberry and taste good. Small packaging but big quantity. The ingredients is a mixed of everything for Vitamin B. I bought this for my nerve since i just recover from my herniated disc on C5,6 & 7. and after 2 months of physiotherapy, I was advise to more Vitamin B so this works well.

I’ve taken B12 tablets for many years because I’m vegetarian. I think this product is great for boosting my energy, but they don’t taste very good. They don’t really dissolve either, unless you suck on them for a while. If you chew them, they have a chalky-chewy consistency which doesn’t make them pleasant. You could just swallow them whole like any normal supplement, but I was hoping for a better taste since they are lozenges. The packaging is great though, and the quantity lasts a long time.

great, got my b12 levels up as proven by blood work, taste good and dissolve easily under the tongue, i feel less tired and my brain is less foggy since taking them! this is a supplement most people should take daily as most people (espeically those who don't consume meat) are somewhat deficient in, and it's increidbly important in brain health especially as you age.

Low cost B12, and the under-tongue method of absorption straight into the blood through mucous lining is so much more effective than other oral pills where most or all is lost in the gut. I have taken this for years and it has helped me overcome my inherited anemia.

I take it 2-3 times a week as a vegan breastfeeding mom. My husband is vegan as well but he never took his b12 before which made me anxious. When this product arrived, he tried on pill amnd liked the taste. So it can be quartered and given to even kids. Because it's just so sweet as Bubble Gum))). Also Dr Greger recommend s 2000 of cianocobalamin weekly to every vegan

A great product, high quality in excellent packaging. These tablets are a lovely size and easy to take. The taste is nice and I have had more energy since taking these supplements. I would definitely recommend these supplements to friends.

After i ingere this i feel great. I'm vegan and i was consuming another product , but i think that was out of vality. One sugestion: keep this inside refrigerator, because it will preserve the product quality.

Just as good as any other brand I've tried. The flavor is fine, they dissolve easily enough and it's marked vegan so I don't have to go researching the product to understand if it is vegan or not. The price is great, especially compared to how much these things cost in shops where I live. Will most likely repurchase.

Simply the best b12 supplement on iherb. Works well for me(vegan) and I verified it a couple of times in my blood tests. The taste is good and I feel very well generally so I guess it does work. Also the large package of 250 lozenges make it very cost effective. Recommended.
