I like that this is a quality supplement packaged as a single ingredient and I have no concern giving this to my child since he was aged 4 and now he's almost a teen. It's got the added benefit thag there is no fishy taste and it's got the good omegas good for heart health, besides managing cholesterol and inflammation levels. I usually alternate various types of products from different brands, so I gave this arctic cod liver oil a try. When taking this cod liver oil, I notice that my skin is more supple and not so dry as before, my vision improved too and also my brain fog disappeared a bit. I also sleep better.
I searched online and it turned out the cod liver is one of the best source of omega 3 fatty acid and dha. Also, Nordinc has been known for the leading manufacturer for omega3 for long enough that I can assure my mind. Its pricey but hope it provide more than I paid.
With cod liver oil it is important to get the best quantity. At first I didn’t like that it was 3 caps a day. But I’ve now found that it suits my body better. My genes are the kind where too much fish oil has actually a negative effect so I adjust the dose base on how much omega 6 I have that day. Also smaller dose cap mean I can spilt the dosage throughout the day for best absorption. I’m on my 4 bottle of this so far and will probably continue with this brand.
quality product. no fishing taste. arrived well packed and fast. very good for the brain and overall health. recommend it and I actually recommend cod liver more then just omega 3 fish oil. I had many brands try, but Nordic naturals for sure is the best of all brands on the market.

These Omega 3 supplements are great! I used to get them at a local natural foods store but have since moved and had a superb experience with iHerb. The taste is subtle and lemony and there is no fishiness whatsoever. When I first started taking these a while back, I noticed my nails feeling stronger and less breakage. Also note that the bottle says 750 mg which actually refers to the overall amount of the entire pill; a single pill contains 250 mg of Omega 3's so I take one in the morning and one in the evening to reach a daily intake of 500 mg of O 3's.
