I am all about trying to stay as healthy as possible. I have been drinking these greens for years, I take it in morning shake with my collagen and Aloe juice. So many other greens out there have a horrible taste, I have seen people say the taste of these aren't great but I strongly disagree. The taste is fine. Must have for general health and benefits.
