Ive read alot about it, my advice if you are taking it without a description not to take it more than two weeks and with 600 mg per day maximum. I rrad also that it will start to work after an hour to 6 hours and stay for 15 hours when you are using it daily Ita not recommended for pregnant or people with serious depression and taking medication.
