I bought this as a substitute for another brand, which was not in stock at the time I wanted it. I find this brand of Siberian ginseng to be a little more "gentle" than the previous brand that I was taking. Siberian ginseng is normally taken to boost the vitality and energy without being too "heaty" for the body as normal ginseng would. In this regard, I feel it does ok, and helps other adaptogenic herbs to perform better while providing a "cooling" effect at the same time. This is because other adaptogenic herbs are often on the "heaty" side. Would I simply rely on Siberian ginseng alone? No. But what this herb does, it does well; which is to moderate the effects of other adaptogenic herbs. You can take Siberian ginseng for the extra oomph!
What can I say other than I've ordered this product several times? It's a capsule form and is gentle on my stomach. It doesn't leave me jittery but does give me a quick pick-me-up toward the end of the day.
