This is a staple in my house. I have a migraine and i take one capsule daily, and another one if i feel a migraine attack coming and it stops it right away. This is the only brand I use because the ingredient is clean and high quality. I have been using this one for 3 years now but this is the first time I bought this from iHerb. iHerb has the lowest price for products, I wont be buying anywhere else anymore. My local grocery sells this for $12 for 100 capsules! Boo! I will only buy this from iHerb from now on. Thank you iHerb!!!
I heard on Instagram that Ginger supplement eliminates migranes. I had a small begining of a migrane and took a tablet that did eliminate it. I had to repeat and take another one after approx 2 or 3 hours when the migrane restarted, and felt improvement. I use them whenever I feel that a migrane is starting.
Overall quality is good, I love how the only ingredient is ginger. I bought these to help with me acid reflux/Gerd. I have it pretty bad and this helps ease my nausea. Package came undamaged and perfect. I don't really notice a taste hut I swallow them pretty quickly lol
I saw some reels of my favorite blogger where she recommended these capcules of ginger root for cleaning stomach. So I followed her advice, bought it first time. I tested since end of July 2020. It works very nice! I had some issues with stomach and now I do poop every day. It seems the roots cleans the stomach well. Before that time I went only 2- 3 times per week.

Good quality supplement and ingredients! My age is catching up and digestion is weak. This ginger warms my stomach and I can feel the improvement benefits of less bloating. The composition is just nice, not too hot, can burp out some ginger taste. This is great in adding ginger to my diet. I take it every morning.
I bought this product because I was told it could help with migraines. I haven’t been able to determine if it helps with that yet, but I can definitely tell this is a quality supplement. The ingredients are clean, and it sits well in my stomach. I particularly like the convienent packaging.
My husband was put on blood thinners by his doctor. I spoke with his doctor about using this Ginger product to replace daily aspirins, and he agreed. This has been very successful for more than a year now. He no longer suffers from bruises etc. which is what happens when you use daily aspirin for blood thinning. We are very happy with the result.

I actually saw this ginger product from Bryan Johnson Blueprint page, i wanted to improve my immune system as I have sinus. The product have a heavy ginger smell and taste, which i believe its good, cos afterall all you want is ginger for its health benefits. Great quality as its sourced from Asian countries.
Great Ginger Root! There is absolutely no bad taste or stomach upset while taking these ginger root capsules. The ingredients are absolutely pure, and I feel that I have been burning a few calories more by taking these daily. The packaging is great as the product is easily accessible. I feel that digestion is also helped by taking ginger in any form, but this form is really easy to take.
