This is just barely edible. While it is true to the picture and has many actual candy pieces and small marshmallows pieces inside, the bar itself has a strong whey protein flavor. It’s just barely edible. The macros are terribly high, there is no reason to eat it. I strongly recommend a different protein bar here by legendary foods - the cinnamon roll protein pastry and the cinnamon sugar pop tart style are my absolute favorite. Those macros are unbelievable and the taste isn’t like eating a protein bar at all. Check those out! I want to try the chocolate cake one next.

In terms of flavour they are pretty good closer to a candy bar than most protein bars. A little higher in calories than some might like at 330 calories. Snickers protein in comparison is 210 calories but it’s a pretty good bar.
