This bar is fantastic! It tastes better than some of the pure chocolate mint out there! the texture so soft & chocolate from the outside & crunchy & chewy from the inside. It is not as chewy as some of the bars out there that it ruins the experience. With 46grams at 190 cal, 16g of protein, & 3g net carb, this an absolutely delicious & healthy snack to get you going, especially with a cup of coffee. Can be even enough to replace a meal or reduce your main meal's size/cals. Please do not stop making these. These are the best I've tried since MusclePharm's discontinued Combat Crunch. I'd really give this more of a 3.5. Its a tasty protein bar, with good texture. but it has less than 20 grams of proten for 200 calories which isn't great for macros. also crumbles everywhere when you eat it so not great for eating on the go.
