Using this along with vitamin D3 to put the D3 into my bones. Just started so can’t say I feel any different. Most likely, will need blood work to see what my levels need to be. I don’t do doctors tho so just go on how I feel.

I have been using this brand for years. have purchased this vitamin for my parents for sometime now and it works well on them. few months back i decided to try taking vitamin K2 because of the various benefits. Couple of days after regularly consuming vitamin K2 from another brand i started feeling itchy all over mainly arms, legs, a rash developed on my face and i started breaking out on my face and back of my neck. I am talking painful pimples that looked disgusting. I discontinued that brand and about a month or so later used this brand. Same issue. Last week i decided to try again and this time the itchiness, rash and breakout was even worse. After searching online I found out that some people are allergic to Vitamin K and I am obviously one of them. This is a fantastic brand but if you suffer any of the above issues after taking Vitamin K it might mean you are allergic too.

expensive brand. I prefer spray of vitamin K2 combined with vitamin D so this was a once off purchase. I have since found another preferred supplement.
