I looked hard to find a multi vitamin that tastes good enough for my child to take it, and has good ingredients but isn’t overkill. This vitamin is great. Good quality. Good size. Easy to break in half if need be. Beneficial. Both my son and I give it a thumbs up! :)

This is the countless bottle my kids are having it. The taste is good. The ingredients used benefits the supplements for the kids. My little one is VERY picky with her food. She just wouldn’t try new food items and very difficult to get her to eat vegetables. And because of that, she often suffered some constipation. Well, I think this probiotics + vitamin seems to be helping her quite a bit. Don’t want be all detailed :-) but she’s better in the bathroom and hopefully she’s getting some of the vitamins she’s lacking from poor eating habits.
