Omg these things are little miracle gummies. Our kids get these on early bed nights or when they are just outta control and they chill their brains out. Our kids love these gummies and ask for their vitamins. Highly recommend for an Add, ADHD child to calm them down and focus. I love them as well and take them when it’ getting stressful and they really help chill me out and relax. Helps w constipation for kids as well!
I give this to my children to calm them down when they are extra hyper, to help one of the children with going potty and recently I’ve been using it for myself to calm my mind from racing before bed or if I’m feeling any type of anxiety or stress. It really does take the edge off. I usually only need to take 1 or 2. We have purchased it many times and will continue to keep it stocked as a staple.

My kids love the orange flavor plus the fact they are chewable makes it easier for them to remember to take them vs. swallowing a pill. I love these gummies! Wish I would have found them sooner. They really help me sleep. Be sure to eat them before you brush your teeth however, they are a bit sticky but the benefit out ways the sticky! The have magnesium which we all need and did I mention how well I sleep when consuming these before bed. Zzzzzzzz good night!!!
