This is good product beacuse it is composed of CO-Q10 and L-carnitine tartrate. However L-carnitine tartrate was developed for specifically with athletes in mind. The product position is "Cardiovascular Health" therefore to use L-carnitine fumarate is more relevant for heart health. In addition to have Taurine in product would be perfect. Taurine may help reduce risk of cardiovascular disease. It also protects muscles from cell damage and oxidative stress, heart muscles work 24hr.
