Our mixed sea vegetables package contains nine different sea vegetables that are packed fresh, in sea salt, for your convenience and enjoyment.
Sea vegetables are a tasty and great source of fiber, calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium and iodine.
Rinse the sea vegetables 3-4 times until all the salt is washed out.
Soak in water for 10 minutes. Rinse and drain.
Seaweed papulosa (blue, red), agar-agar, seaweed stems, fusiforme, seastring, gulfweed, kelp, montagne, salt (to preserve).
Refrigerate after opening.
